Hank Glasgow has left the Trammell Crow Residential fold in Dallas to assume the upper-echelon post with the Apartment Group. At Weitzman, three-year employee Michelle W. Caplan takes the senior VP status.
Glasgow is a 29-year veteran of the multifamily segment. "His talents will assist our efforts to raise the bar for multifamily brokerage in the Southwest," says Jeff Price, the Apartment Group's president and founder. "He is a testament to the idea that it's not just what we do, but the committed way we do it, that really matters." Prior to his Trammell Crow stint, Glasgow was an independent broker and real estate consultant, executive director for SWS Realty Inc., vice president of the Hank Dickerson Co. and member of the Henry S. Miller Cos. team. His more notable transactions include the JPI purchase of nine properties in a 2,932-unit Texas portfolio and the pre-sale of Waterford Court Apartments to Laing Properties, a subsidiary of a London firm. He also handled the sale of the Manor House, a 24-unit office-residential project in Dallas' CBD.
Caplan, who joined Weitzman in 1998, specializes in retail tenant representation. Prior to joining the company, she worked at the Shopping Center Group Inc., based in Atlanta.
