The Melvin D. Ricks Family Limited Partnership, a San Diego-based investor, bought the 21,212-sf building, according to Grubb & Ellis Co. The transaction was valued at $2.35 million.

The building, which is located at 7974 Haven Ave., was 100% leased at the time of sale. The property was sold by Rancho Pacifica Plaza LLC of Rancho Cucamonga.

Greg Martin of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office represented the seller in the transaction. Dean Bloomquist of Delta Commercial represented the buyer.
