SAN DIEGO-A key city office that processes development applications and records will be closed Sept. 14 for consolidation of its database. The office keeps property records on the location of underground pipes, and easements.

The records section of the city's Development Services Center will be closed so it can consolidate its property records. The office keeps property records on the location of underground pipes, easements andother matters affecting development.

The department on the second floor of the Development Services Center, located at 1222 First Ave., will reopen Monday, Sept. 17.
