The paper and paper products conglomerate signed a three-year, $1.1-million lease for 52,494 sf of industrial space inside the complex, at 5350 Zambrano St. International Paper will use the space for the warehousing and distribution of bulk rolled paper.
Rob Antrobius of Trammell Crow Co. represented both the tenant and the landlord, San Francisco-based AMB Property Corp.
Harris Business Center is comprised of 17 freestanding buildings. Encompassing 1.6 million sf, it "is one of AMB's largest industrial projects in Southern California," according to Antrobius.
