Kajita previously served as assistant chief engineer for the Metropolitan Tract and has been employed with Unico for nearly eight years. He manages 17 maintenance personnel and is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Metropolitan Tract, 1.75 million sf of office and retail properties in Downtown. Kajita brings 11 years of experience to this position.
Easton has been employed with Unico for four years, where he was previously the construction manager for the Union Square portfolio in Seattle. He is responsible for managing capital construction and tenant improvement projects for the Tract. Easton brings to the team 11 years of experience in project management.
