The 77,640-sf facility will serve as the new corporate headquarters for the company, which will relocate from its current location in Anaheim. The company conducted a two-year search before settling on the Santa Fe Springs site, according to a company spokesperson. The recently completed building is located at 12728 S. Shoemaker Ave.
Styles for Less has leased the new headquarters from Golden Springs Business Park, a multi-tenant complex that was built as part of a Santa Fe Springs redevelopment project. The project was backed by grants from the federal government's Department of Housing and Urban Development.
The Seeley Co. represented Golden Springs Business Park. Styles for Less was represented by Jack Faris of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office and Alan Pekarcik of Voit's Irvine office.
"We were able to find Styles for Less a facility that met all of the company's requirements and that is located in an area central to its retailers and conveniently located near major transportation arteries," Faris says.
