The 100,000-sf shopping center at Golf and Busse roads is owned by Palatine, IL-based DiMucci Cos., which leases and manages 1 million sf of retail and office space throughout the market. President Anthony DiMucci negotiated the lease.
Meanwhile, Buena, CA-based Amada America, Inc. has taken another 26,400 sf with a build-to-suit completed by Palatine-based Kajima Construction Services, Inc. The sheet metal machine maker already has a 32,000-sf facility at 799 Biermann Ct.
In another unrelated transaction here, Pontiac, MI-based Chicago Ceiling and Partition signed a new lease for 6,346 sf at the Rogers Corporate Park, 1840 Elmhurst Rd. Mark Baumhart, CCIM, of Arthur J. Rogers & Co. represented the building's ownership while Edie Kessler of Transwestern Commercial Real Estate Services represented Chicago Ceiling and Partition, a general contracting firm.
