The two days of events, bus tours and symposiums will specifically discuss Washtenaw County sites and issues. The forum typically selects one area of Southeast Michigan to concentrate development news, ideas and theories. This year's event should be interesting, in that it's being done in the forum's backyard; Ann Arbor is in Washetenaw County.

Issues will likely include the increase in residential and retail uses in the area, along with the explosion of high-tech and research uses. The event will also feature a panel discussion by a collection of real estate professionals chosen to receive the 2001 Real Estate Excellence Awards.
