The Urban Small Sites Best Management Practices Manual CD-ROM and manual were developed by Metropolitan Council Environmental Services in cooperation with the cities of Minneapolisand St. Paul, the Minnehaha Creek and Rice Creek watershed districts, the Six Cities Watershed Management Organization and Barr Engineering.
