Western Bonded Products will use the 19,400-sf building, positioned at 2034 W. Fillmore St., to expand its distribution operations. The warehouse is within a half-mile of Interstates 10 and 17, adjacent to the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad lines, and about two miles west of downtown Phoenix. Skip Corley Jr. of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services in Phoenix handled both sides of the transaction.
The manufacturer has secured space in the highest demand submarket, where industrial vacancy stood at just 4.1% at the midyear mark. The Valley's overall vacancy rate is 7.2%.
