A location near shopping and Milwaukee County Transit System bus service were cited as factors in Windsor Park Apartments, LLC's decision to buy the complex at $35,632 per unit. An initial capitalization rate was not disclosed.
"It's a great property," says Richard Kehoe of Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc.'s Lake Bluff, IL office. "The grounds are professionally landscaped and many units have updated kitchens and baths with ceramic tile, dishwashers and plenty of storage space. But as is the case with most real estate, the location is what sold the property."
Kehoe and John Hanson of Inland's Lake Bluff office were sole brokers, working as a team with both Windsor Park Apartments, LLC and the seller.
