Winter Start Set for Plaza at Scripps Northridge

SAN DIEGO-Construction of Plaza at Scripps Northridge, a $10.8-million project, is set to kick off in December and take up to a year to complete. Lankford & Associates is the developer.

Located at 12121 Scripps Summit Drive off Poway Parkway a mile east of Interstate 15, the project will comprise a four-story, 118,322-sf building with a two-story, 240-space open parking structure and an additional 204-space on-grade parking area on a total 6.2-acre site.

Lankford & Associates is developing the project, which was designed by the San Diego-based Austin Veum Robbins Parshalle in collaboration with Bob Davis of Davis and Davis Architects.
