Griggs, an Oregon State University grad, was unavailable for comment this week. He joined Norris Beggs & Simpson in 1993, nine years after he got started in the industry. Since coming to NBS, Griggs has originated finance transactions of nearly half a billion throughout the Northwest. In 2000 alone, he originated loans valued at over $63 million.
In so doing, Griggs has achieved recognition as NBS' "top producer" and has received multiple times the "finance office of the year" award. Norris, Beggs & Simpson is a regional real estate brokerage, management and mortgage financing firm affiliated with the New America International, the Nation's largest organization of independent industrial and commercial real estate professionals.
