Vernon, IL; Barnsville, GA; Guadalajara and San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The 488-acre CreekSide Industrial Park is at the intersection of Alum Creek and I-270, near I-70 and I-71. That puts the park within 500 miles of 60% of the US' population.
Atlanta-based Walker Co. represented Continental General Tire. MacGregor and Associates will provide architectural services and Exxcel Project Management is the contractor.
