Payne Academy of Ballet has taken a 5,969-sf location in the center, situated at the intersection of West Panther Creek Drive and Woodlands Parkway. Panther Creek Shopping Center's tenant roster totals more than 40 stores and services. Randall's New Generation supermarket is the anchor. The center also includes Eckerd Drug, World Savings, Texas Commerce Bank, and McDonald's. The ballet academy is run by two former members of the Houston Ballet. Jeff Beard, director of retail properties for The Woodlands Operating Co. LP, brokered the deal.

In October, Child and Family Eye Care facility will open in a 1,400-sf spot in Sterling Ridge Village Center, positioned at Woodland Parkway and Kuykendahl Road. Kroger Signature Store, Eckerd Drug and Perry's Grill and Steakhouse anchor the neighborhood retail center. Other tenants include the Animal Clinic, Hallmark, L'Avantage, Aveda Lifestyle Salon, Wendy's, Edward Jones and Hang Town Grill.
