The 11-acre Lowry Town Center will cover 118,000 sf of retail space on a "main street" and 15,000 sf of second-story office space. A focal point will be a public piazza.
An Alberston's grocery store will anchor the project.
Other tenants include Citywide Bank, Esquire Dry Cleaners, Cost Cutters, Lowry Liquor, Urban Harvest Restaurant, Timbuk Toys, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Peaberry coffee and Pasquini's Pizzeria.
