The retail center is located at the intersection of Woodlands Parkway and West Panther Creek Drive. Jeff Beard, director of retail properties for The Woodlands Operating Co., handled the lease transaction.
The specialty retailer is marking its second location with the signing. Owner Kelly Jo Golson's other store is situated at 1101 Uptown Park Blvd. in the Uptown Park Shopping Center near Houston's high-end Galleria.
Panther Creek Village is managed and leased by the Woodlands Operating Co. LP. The 94%-occupied center contains more than 40 stores and services. Panther Creek is anchored by a Randall's New Generation supermarket and includes retailers such as Eckerd Drug, World Savings, Texas Commerce Bank and McDonald's.
