The facility, which stands at 12655 W. Jefferson Blvd., is 100%occupied. It is fully leased to Edu Trek, a subsidiary ofIllinois-based Career Education Corp. Edu Trek recently relocatedto its current site, having consolidated and expanded itsoperations from previous sites in Westwood.

El Segundo-based Summit Commercial was represented by a ColliersSeeley brokerage team consisting of Michael Ross, Craig Meyer andSteve Solomon. The brokers also represented the seller,Irvine-based Legacy Partners.

Legacy Partners was represented by the same Colliers Seeley teamin the recent sale of Marina Tech Centre, a 68,788-sf class Aoffice building in Playa del Rey. The facility was acquired by SanJuan Capistrano-based Argus Realty Investors for $16.2 million.
