First Franklin's spot is the 1.75 million-sf, four-building FourOaks Place, situated at 1400 Post Oak Blvd. The tenant is anon-prime wholesale originator that provides products and servicesto mortgage brokers. It also purchases, sells and securitizesnon-prime residential first- and second-lien mortgage loans.

Norman V. Munoz and John S. Parsley, both of the Houston officeof Boston-based Colliers International, and Timothy J. Farley ofCarter & Associates Oncor represented First Franklin Financialin the lease negotiations. David Hanusa of the Houston office ofDallas-based Trammell Crow Co. acted for the building owner,Lehndorff Four Oaks Place JV.

Four Oaks Place's Interfin building is a 12-story design with177,000 sf. Houston-based Interfin Corp. developed the property in1983.
