Page is a small, rural town just south of the Utah border and south of Lake Powell. The town has about 8,000 residents. The 31,826-square-foot building will operate as a municipal air terminal.
Sunrise Liquidating Trust, a Phoenix-based investment group, is the seller. The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with brokers Bill Bayless, Bruce Campbell, Susan Evans and Aric Adams represented Sunrise Liquidating Trust. The city did not have broker representation.
