The building, which encompasses 285,600 sf, is located at 5725 E. Jurupa St. It has been occupied by a Chicago-based wholesale distribution company, which signed a four-year sublease. The company, M. Block & Sons, relocated from its previous 128,000-SF site in Ontario to the East Jurapa Street facility.
Skechers USA, which relocated to a 760,000-SF building in Ontario, was represented by Lynn Knox of CB Commercial. M. Block & Sons was represented by Ron Washle of Grubb & Ellis' Ontario office.
Earlier this year, fast-growing Skechers paid $14.5 million for an office building in Manhattan Beach. The facility, which stands at 225 S. Sepulveda Blvd., encompasses 66,835 sf. It was sold by Pacifica Capital Group.
