Previously, she reported to Steve Moyski, senior managing director. Now, Sperling is on equal footing with Moyski and will oversee all brokerage, property management and corporate outsourcing business for Crow in the Rocky Mountain region, which covers Colorado, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico.
Hackett come to Trammel Crow from the New York office of Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked with more than 400 brokers supporting corporate business development. He will oversee new business development, account management, client services and service delivery. Before joining C&W, he worked at the RREEF Fund and Jones Lang Wooten, where he focused on institutional and corporate real estate.
