Meanwhile, Clayton Group Services, an environmental consulting firm, has signed a new five-year lease for approximately 10,000 sf at 39830 Grand River Ave. in Novi. Tysen McCarthy, Joe Rosenberg, Carole Lieberman and Kelvin Walker of Cushman & Wakefield represented Michigan-based Clayton Services Group during lease negotiations. The landlord, Intech Ventures of Novi, was represented by JonSavoy and Dorreen Hicks of Grubb & Ellis.
Southfield office space is leasing at $21.13 psf, and Novi office space is leasing at $23.62 psf, according to a July report by Friedman Real Estate Group Inc.
