The company will use 230,000 as a warehouse and production area, 100,000 sf for office space, 8,000 sf for parts storage, 8,000 sf for a refurbish area and 7,500 sf for distribution offices. In addition to serving as the company's graphic systems division headquarters, it also will be the regional distribution center for all of its imaging products.
