Calhoun Village Sells for $12.4 Mil

MINNEAPOLIS-The 89,000-sf shopping center is sold by Carlson Real Estate Co. to John B. Pfaff, whose family's primary business is hotels in Iowa and Minnesota. Tenants include Applebee's, Walgreens, Barnes & Noble and Hollywood Video.

The Pfaff family's primary business lies in owning hotels in Iowa and Minnesota. The familyalso has other commercial real estate holdings, including the Jamaica Shopping Center in CottageGrove, MN, and Goodlette Medical Clinics in Naples, FL.

The transaction was handled by Brad Pfaff of Colliers Towle Real Estate Co., a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate company. Colliers Towle's management company will manage Calhoun Village for the Pfaff family.
