"Our sales staff has been working in Chicago's collar counties for decades," says Lewis, a 29-year real estate veteran. "We've been selling residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial and investment properties in the Chicagoland area for 35 years. Now we're looking at expanding our Yorkville staff to service the resale market in the rapidly growing Fox Valley area."

Inland will be moving into a building at Routes 34 and 47. It also has been involved in the development of about 5,000 acres in the western collar counties.

"Expansion was the next logical step," Lewis says. "These are some of the fastest growing communities in the state."
