Pacts at the 20-story tower are with Legarde Law Firm, Legacy One Group, Richard Wayne & Roberts, Consulate of Panama, Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corp. and Texas Mergers & Acquisitions. Gary Loh and Brad Sinclair, both of Chicago-based Transwestern Commercial Services' Houston office, represented building owner, Presidio Commercial Services LP.

Largarde Law firm is coming on board for five years and taking 7,802 sf. Other new tenants are Legacy One Group, 2,172 sf for five years, and Texas Mergers & Acquisitions, 638-sf lease, also a five-year contract. Kurt Kistler of CMI Brokerage in Houston represented Legacy One Group and Sherry Robbins of Houston's Robbins Co. acted on Lagarde's behalf.

Affordable Telecommunications Technology Corp. renewed a one-year contract for 1,062 sf and the Consulate of Panama is staying put in its 1,074-sf office in a five-year lease. Richard Wayne & Roberts expanded its lease by 1,460 sf.
