Miller Starting Second Townsend Place Phase

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-The locally based general contractor projects a 13-month construction schedule for the $23 million, nine-story, 97-unit condominium community 40 miles north of Downtown Miami.

Under contract with Deerfield Beach, FL-based Boca Developers Inc., Miller is building 97 apartments within 290,000 sf above two levels of parking. Coral Gables, FL-based Brito, Cohan & Associates Inc. is the project architect.

This is Miller's second contract at Townsend Place. The company constructed 98 units within 234,353 sf at an estimated total construction cost of $20.8 million during phase-one development at 500 S.E. Mizner Blvd.
