Under contract with Deerfield Beach, FL-based Boca DevelopersInc., Miller is building 97 apartments within 290,000 sf above twolevels of parking. Coral Gables, FL-based Brito, Cohan &Associates Inc. is the project architect.


This is Miller's second contract at Townsend Place. The companyconstructed 98 units within 234,353 sf at an estimated totalconstruction cost of $20.8 million during phase-one development at500 S.E. Mizner Blvd.
