Brook Mays Music Co., a retailer of musical instruments, has signed for 6,200 sf in the Centre at Preston Ridge in Frisco. David Levinson and Karen McCully, both of Dallas-based Weitzman Group's commercial retain division, and Greg Bracchi of Staubach Retail, also headquartered in Dallas, brokered the deal.
The retail complex, owned by Briar Preston Ridge Partners LP, is situated at the northwest corner of Preston Road and Gaylord Parkway. Brook Mays, founded in 1901 in Dallas, has more than 70 locations in seven states.
In Euless, Interstate Batteries will move into 2,000 sf at Heritage Towne Crossing, located at 1301 W. Glade Rd. It is one of several new DFW locations planned by the retailer. Robin Barrow, also a Weitzman broker, and the Dallas-based Makens Co. negotiated the lease. Heritage Towne Crossing LP is the owner of record of the Euless retail center.
