Chris Caudill and Doug Nicholson, both of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office, represented Austin Press and Advertising. Pat O'Connell of O'Connell Realty Advisors, a Houston-based advisory firm, handled talks for his firm, which owns the building.
In a 14,500-sf industrial signing, R.J. Corman Railroad Co. LLC has leased a spot at 7707 Wallisville Rd. in the city's northeast submarket. STC Properties is the property owner. Nick Limperos, Thad Hickman and Tyndall Yaap, all of Grubb & Ellis in Houston, negotiated the deal. R.J. Corman Railroad Co. is based in Nicholson, KY and provides railroad construction, materials management and distribution services among other things to the railroad and related industries.
