Club Med Sales Inc.'s five-year lease is valued at more than $2 million. According to center director Lani Delaney, Club Med vacated an office it's used for the reservation center for the past 26 years. The move, says Delaney, was done to heighten community visibility. The former office was situated at 7975 N. Hayden Rd., about mile northeast of the new location. Scottsdale Road is the main surface street through the upscale suburb, where Club Med now has its office.

The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with Brad Anderson and Luke Walker, represented the building owner, Shimizu Development Inc. of New York City, in securing the lease agreement. Tom Jacobs of the Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis Co. acted on behalf of Club Med Sales Inc. of Coral Gables, FL.
