Law Firm Relocates to Missouri Avenue

PHOENIX-A law firm is packing up and moving closer to the Camelback Corridor. The David White firm has secured space in Camelot Square, an 11-building office complex at 1130 E. Missouri Ave. in Phoenix.

White's team is relocating from 2601 E. Thomas Rd., about three miles away. Camelot Square, which totals 45,300 sf, is situated at the northeast corner of 11th Street and Missouri Avenue, about a half mile north of the popular Camelback Corridor. The office building is about a mile west of the Squaw Peak Parkway.

Laura Becker of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services' Phoenix office represented the tenant. Peggy Johnson of the Phoenix office of NAI Horizon handled talks for the building owner.
