Trammell Crow Co. vice president Thomas P. Wagener, SIOR, CCIM represented both parties in the lease deal in the O'Hare submarket. He also represented AMB in transportation/distribution services company Dynamex, Inc.'s 9,600-sf lease at 5233 N. Pearl St. in Rosemont as well as a 2,500-sf lease at 9848 W. Farragut for coin-operated laundry equipment distributor French Maid, Inc. Both properties are in the AMB O'Hare Center.
Meanwhile, Bank of Ireland recently saw its office space at 8600 W. Bryn Mawr Ave. in Chicago renovated. The 2,400-sf project was completed by Chicago-based Keeley Construction, Inc.
