Jefferson Griffith, an associate with the Ft. Worth-based Woodmont Co., and Bob Acuff, vice president of Dallas-based Cawley International, represented MPower Communications, a five-year-old provider of integrated broadband data and voice services to small- and medium-size businesses. Tyler Trehant of the Richard D. Minker Co. handled talks for the sublessee for the 6500 W. Freeway office building.
Healthsource Consultants is a 17-employee operation that resolves third-party disputes, denials or delayed payments for hospital clients. The four-year-old firm specializes in consulting, training and dollar recovery with relation to worker's compensation issues. In Dallas, Green Bridge Development Corp. has signed for 1,047 sf at the Wells Fargo Lakewood building, an eight-story office tower in the Lakewood section of Dallas. The tenant joins a roster that includes Wells Fargo, Miller Travel, Southwest Securities, Coldwell Banker and Advocate Publishing.
Woodmont's Griffith represented Wells Fargo, the building owner, in the signing of the nonprofit organization. Green Bridge provides affordable housing for low-to-moderate income families.
