He has worked on assignments for clients including Qwest Communications, Amoco Corp., General Motors, Office Depot, Graebel Van Lines and many more.

Majestic Realty purchased Majestic Commercetner in 1995. It is lcoated at the northeast quadrant of Interstate 70 and Tower Road, five miles south of the Denver International Airport. Total build-out of the Majestic Commercenter will eventually include more than 15 million sf of commercial, manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities over the next 15 to 20 years.
