The office building is in the Cotton Center, a business and industrial park at the southwest corner of 48th Street and Broadway Road. Wells Fargo, which will set up a back-office operation and processing center, is moving within a half mile of Interstate 10 and a mile from the interchange of the Superstition Freeway. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is situated two miles north of the project. The Phoenix office of Lee & Associates, with brokers Mike Garlick and Mike McQuaid, and the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with broker Bob Crum, negotiated the lease agreement.
