Compaq Signs 10,000-SF Lease in Kearney Mesa

SAN DIEGO-One of the nation's largest computer makers has signed a $262,000 lease for 9.712 sf in Seville Plaza in Kearny Mesa. The Shidler Group owns the building.

The building owner, The Shidler Group, was represented by Don Mitchell of CB Richard Ellis. Officials for Compaq Computer Corp. represented themselves.

One of the country's largest real estate companies, The Shidler Group is a nationwide owner and operator of commercial real estate.
