The transaction follows the recent sale of a retail complex in Santa Ana. The property was sold to T & N Tustin Investments Inc. for $3.3 million, as reported by Globest.com. An auto retail center, the property's major tenants are Jiffy Lube and Bridgestone Tires. The complex, which encompasses 20,381 sf, is located at 2005-2025 Tustin Ave. It was sold by the Frye Family Partnership.
