Heidelberg USA has signed a five-year, 10,960-sf lease at Brittania Business Center II, valued at $558,960. Mark Kol of CB Richard Ellis represented Hiedelberg, while Ferraro represented the center's owner, Robert Chang.
Brad Holstrom of Colliers represented both K&L Auto Services and Foley Business Center in securing a five-year, 6,072-sf lease, valued at $342,460 for K&L Auto Services at the center.
