Tile Company Secures North Phoenix Industrial Spot

PHOENIX-BondTech Industries has signed for an office spot in a 7,700-sf industrial building in Phoenix's north submarket. The multi-tenant building is positioned at 14631 N. Cave Creek Rd., about a mile west of Squaw Peak Parkway.

BondTech Industries will be moving into 14631 N. Cave Creek Rd. The location will be used as a general office. Laura Becker of the Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented tenant and building owner, Caprice R. Francis.

The 7,700-sf, multi-tenant building is located east of Cave Creek Road and between Greenway and Cactus roads. It also is about a mile west of the Squaw Peak Parkway and about four miles south of Loop 101, which is expected to be completed in that area in 2002.
