The first is Timothy Hayes, the trade association's managingdirector and driving force behind AIR's Internet-based "e-Multiple"property data system. Hayes will focus on the strategic directionof AIR, including the day-to-day management of the organization'stechnology development and computer department.

The other new manager is Joy De La Cruz, the group's longtimecontroller. She will continue to oversee all AIR accounting,cash-management and human resources functions, but now also willsupervise the group's contracts and forms operations andco-ordinate its special events.

AIR, the nation's largest industrial and commercial real estateorganization, represents more than 90% of all industrial andcommercial brokers in the Los Angeles Basin. A nonprofit, it wascreated in 1960 to foster knowledge, integrity and efficiency inthe brokerage business.
