ST. PAUL, MN-Construction equipment owners can buy LoJack devices at a steep discount in an effort to help companies recover stolen vehicles. Trucking and construction theft is a multi-billion-dollar criminal enterprise.

The plan applies to St. Paul policyholders with Inland Marine or auto comprehensive insurance as well as heavy construction equipment. LoJack has a national vehicle recovery rate of 90%. According to the National Insurance Crime Bureau, automotive, trucking and construction thefts account for billions of dollars in loss every year.
