Derrell Curry and Mark O'Donnell, both of CB Richard Ellis Inc. in Houston, negotiated the pact for the tenant.
The 30-story 11 Greenway Plaza is a 731,216-sf office tower located five miles southwest of Houston's CBD. In all, Crescent owns 10 office towers in the Greenway Plaza-Richmond Buffalo Speedway area. The buildings are located on a 65-acre, master-planned, mixed-use development, with an aggregate 4.3 million sf.
