The firm is a Houston-based designer and manufacturer of air-cooled heat exchange equipment for the oil, gas and petrochemical processing industries. Hudson Products will lease the facility from property owner, Griffin Juban Interests. Drew Lewis and Brad Marnitz, both of NAI Partners Commercial in Houston, represented Hudson in the deal.
Hudson's current corporate offices are situated at 6464 Savoy Dr. in Houston proper. It also maintains offices in California, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Hudson Products operates a plant in Beasley, TX, south of Sugar Land.
In another transaction, MLW Interests LLP recently purchased two acres at Brystone Drive in Houston. Michael Wade, James Robinson and Calvin Oestreich are the sellers. Julie Tysor of Colliers International was the sole broker involved in the deal and represented MLW Interests in the land deal.
