Oregon Investors Close $1.53-Mil Sale for Arby's Site

PEORIA, AZ-Woodbum Discount Foods, headquartered in Wilsonville, OR puts up $1.53 million for an Arby's Restaurant in a suburb northwest of Phoenix. A Phoenix team from Marcus & Millichap and a Portland, OR commercial realtor negotiate the deal.

The restaurant is situated at the southeast corner of 91st and Peoria avenues and within three miles of Del Webb's Sun City and Sun City Grand. It also is just a few blocks east of the Agua Fria Freeway section of Loop 101.

The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller. Broker Glen Fotre of the Portland office of Portland Commercial acted on the buyer's behalf.
