DeMattia signed six tenants to Phase II at Five Mile and Sheldon Roads. Phase II tenants include a 5,000-sf C Asian Buffet restaurant; a 1,600-sf General Nutrition Center; about 5,000-sf real estate sales office at Remerica; 2,800-sf pizzeria and dine-in buffet; 1,600-sf Pella Window and Door Store; and a 1,600-sf Skyworld Communications store.
The company has also started construction on a 56,000-sf speculative building at Washtenaw Business Park in Ypsilanti. Located at HuronDrive near the EMU Conference Center, the development is DeMattia's firstbuilding for lease in Washtenaw County. The building, near I-94, is beingconstructed to light manufacturing specifications.
