A source at Crescent tells GlobeSt.com that Senterra Real Estate of Houston was the prior leasing manager in a third-party contract. While at Jones Lang LaSalle in Houston, Savery oversaw a 1.1 million-sf suburban office portfolio. He has 20 years' experience in landlord representation, leasing such well-known Houston buildings as Four Oaks Place, Weslayan Tower, One Riverway, American General Center and the Galleria Office Center.

Savery will work under Crescent's Houston region vice president of leasing, Randy Strait. Jane Page, senior vice president, asset management & leasing for the Houston Region, says Savery's expertise "brings additional depth to our expanding Houston portfolio."

In all, Crescent owns 10 office towers in the Greenway Plaza-Richmond Buffalo Speedway area. The buildings, totaling 4.3 million sf, are located in a 65-acre, mixed-use development.
