VT Controls will relocate from 14900 Woodham Dr. The new location is situated near the Hardy Toll Road and Bush Intercontinental Airport. VT Controls supplies turbomachinery control systems and has offices in Norfolk, England; Cuernavaca-Morelos, Mexico; and in the United Arab Emirates city of Dubai.
Mark Lehman and Chris Kugle, both associates at Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Houston office, represented VT Controls in the lease. Michael A. Annino of Insite Commercial Real Estate of Houston has acted for property owner, EastGroup Properties LP. EastGroup is a Jackson, MI-based REIT. VT Control's new spot is one of 10 buildings in EastGroup's Houston International Business Center.
