Phoenix-based Ensemble Real Estate Services LLC, a developer and owner of medical office properties, has named Daniel M. Watson, AIA, as the firm's director of architectural services. Watson will serve as the liaison between tenant, project designer and the construction company for all Ensemble projects and tenant improvements. A registered architect for 12 years, Watson's work experience has focused on large project coordination and construction management on a variety of commercial projects across the country.

Ensemble Real Estate Services specializes in the acquisition, development and management of medical facility properties. The firm has established a portfolio comprising approximately 1.85 million sf in Arizona, California, Nevada and New Mexico.

In other hires, Jerome E. Ebert is a new project manager for McShane Construction Corp.'s northeast Scottsdale office; John Ball is vice president of architectural services for Tonnesen's Phoenix team; Mark Grasso is the sector leader for the Durrant Group's western region for commercial, industrial and technological markets; and Dave McKinney was named supervisor with Homes & Sons Contractors while Julie Riewerts is assuming the role of administrative assistant and contract administrator.
